My team practices 4 times a week, on Sunday we usually swim like 2500yd-3000yd +drylands, Monday 2500yd, Tuesday 2200yd-2500yd +drylands, Wednesday 2000yd-2500yd.
I try and swim 6 days a week . Great for my mental health as well as physical. I started back about three months ago l’ve lost weight toned up a bit and can’t stop thinking about swimming. i swim 1 to 2 times a day, 211 lengths in my pool is equivalent to a mile, i did 200 today, also the waters 70-75 degrees, gonna need to keep a data log of this, ive been doing this for months.
I wonder how good a person would do if they already did 100 situps, 100 pushups, 100 squats and ran 10km for 100 days.
Then see if they are primed and try the swim 1 mile every day for 100 days afterwards.
I practice 5 days a week for 2 hours each time. I swim about 2-4 miles each practice.
I started swimming “properly “ 19 days ago. Hit 50 lengths in an hour to start with. I’m now on 86 lengths in an hour doing breaststroke. My goal is to get to 100 lengths in an hour. Thanks to your videos my technique has improved massively. Thanks

SO cool! I swim 6 days a week for 2 hours a day. Tends to be about 6,000-8,000 a day
I swim 4 days a week, about 3 miles per day, not positive since my watch doesn't track my kicking laps. It takes me maybe 1000 yards to get 'warmed up'. I take one day of rest per week. The other 2 days, I generally hike, and some times bike. Swimming was huge in helping me prepare for bilateral hip replacement and one knee replacement. Because I was swimming, and doing Tai Chi, I got through my rehab in half the time that most others did.
