Hi Feris sp?, I live in the Farms too, I wanted to ask you your opinion on beat goggles for lap work outs. I'm putting in an hour a day at Neighborhood Club and my Tyr goggles just aren't up to snuff. Thank you!
I always find this funny but in my opinion this one of the hardest things to teach in swimming and I don't believe that it's because it's hard to do but the motion of just falling then jumping at the last second is what makes it hard bc it feels unnatural and scary but have always noticed the younger you start the easier it is to teach this bc they don't have an inate fear of the water or hurting themselves yet its the same concept as teaching infants how to swim which in my opinion is actually the absolute best time to teach them it comes very natural to infants and I use a technique of throwing them in the water and scaring the crap out of the parents but infants very instinctively float especially on their backs and to teach them how to hold their breath you just have a parent preferably a mother put her head under water and have the infant watch and they will copy her
Well, my sister who was an old swimmer taught me the "You Got This Part" while it was my first time… but, she said I did great as a beginner and I just gotta straight my feet together…
Thx for this
Thank you for teaching us how to swim :)

Good
Everytime I face downwards I get water up my nose, how can I prevent this?
Tip: breath out of you nose and close your mouth when diving, then rather come back up for air or continue swimming
My goggles always com off when I dive. How do I prevent this?
