最重要的游泳技巧 [英语][Skills NT]

  1. This channel is liquid GOLD!

  2. One thing that drastically reduced my fear of water is constantly blowing out air while getting my head in and out of the water.

  3. Why is the word dislocation added. I watched the body language in this and was distressed by what I percieved as a very subtle almost subliminal message watch his hands. If you read this …. can you help me by answering. Im concerned by this.

  4. Oh man, you are a genious teacher.! You 've just confirmed some important points which i ve instinctively worked it out for myself through trying, making mistakes, reflecting on it and self correcting, and reflecting again.

  5. I got 50 seconds without the pool, though last 10 seconds I was pushing air hard from lungs and it was not so consistent

  6. It's always annoyed me when people tell me theyre no good at swimming because their body is too dense so they sink… you got 2 huge sacs of air in your chest! keep em full! you can also tell people who aren't comfortable in the water by the way they tread water- novice swimmers will keep their mouth and nose above the water all the time, burning up energy trading hard. Someone 100% comfortable will take a deep breath and chill low in the water maybe sculling a little, and pop up every so often to get a fresh breath

  7. How can I watch members only videos? I’ve already subscribed to the channel

  8. I need a schedule to be like Olympic or sub Olympic

  9. I do 1500 meter freestyle continuously through 36 minutes, then I do 1500 meters butterfly separately either 100 meter or every 50 meters then I finish in 1 hours, then I rest for 10 minutes then I do 500 meters freestyle sprinting separately every 50 meters during 25 to 30 minutes then rest 5 minutes then 500 meters butterfly every 50 meter during 40 meters and try to make sprinting/ what is your say about this schedule?? Is it good ? The whole session of swimming took about 3 hours / two times week

  10. 45 sec out of nose, only 25 secs out of mouth. I'm a beginner swimmer still learning how to breathe properly but can happily run 5 miles

  11. Hi, can I ask something? How many time per week do we have to train to be faster? . Everyday or 3 times/week

  12. 60 seconds, and then 71 s on my 2nd attempt, sitting here. Will try in water.

  13. Thank you so much for your hard work .

  14. Let me tell you, im a beginner swimmer since i started in december 2021 and only swam for 3 months, stopped until last month and didnt stop since then. Nevertheless, every time i followed your advices, exercises and comments, ive always improved at least ONE bit more, and I find it fantastic, because you always hit the right key. Your clips are GOLD for me, congratulations for you ability to share and explain you knowledge and THANK YOU!! Pablo from Argentina

  15. Like your fantastic swimming channel…..I found out fitness channel Jeremy ethier

  16. I last 1,15 secs exhaling under water .

  17. You talk too much! You took 3 minutes to explain that you want to talk about breathing technique. You said blah blah blah about how certain things are boring but you created 3 minutes that were boring. Just get to the point when you make your videos. In stead of explaining in circles like thought 20 minute long fitness ads that don’t teach you anything unless you pay

  18. Thank you❤ I learned freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke just by watching your videos in 4 months

  19. What sort of swimwear men should wear for swim? Can you please make video about it.

  20. Hi, your videos are great. I learned lots of things from them. Especially smooth arrow was a lifesaver. Nowadays ı am focusing on freestyle with dolphin kicks. Can you do a video about it with pinpointing key points of them so ı can get feedback from it. I am sure it will be useful for lots of people since this drill teaches a lot about timing and feeling the water.

  21. I've done Wim How, I believe I can do over a minute on the first try. Will update :)

  22. In the water, i forgot to kicking. Sometimes i cannot control my body. How can i manage my body easily? do you have any suggestion?

  23. I just tried a few times sitting here in my seat – managed to get breathing out my mouth to a minute (first try was a bit over 30s) but through my nose first try was 20 seconds, got it to 27 after two more.

So still some practice to go to increase my nose exhaling score I think.

  24. I did 27 seconds, but it took me about 12 attempts

  25. What if you have a lot of muscles which needs large volumes of oxygen?

  26. That is actually my problem now is breathing

  27. And this is the biggest challenge in teaching young children how to swim. A lot of them are either fearful or can’t understand why you have to have a proper breathing pattern, so the challenge is working your way around it

  28. Hi ,I actually took swimming class for 4 months and I had pneumonia..I suffered with lot of cough..so I left swimming. But I really like swimming..Can anyone let me know..how to learn swimming and not get any Lung infection ,Pneumoniacough,cold..Please.

  29. Love your videos, man. You've helped me improve so much- I get compliments on my technique at the gym, like, quite often now and I'm kinda chubby- I feel like I must look competent and I owe it to practicing your tips! Thank you for your content ❤️

  30. Moin, 48 seconds…. Thanx for this nice Video.

  31. 62 seconds on the first try (will update as I feel I can improve). (52y)

  32. I’ll keep it simple for you guys that are struggling because you didnt swim like this guy at a young age. Swimming is not natural for humans thats why even yoga practitioner who has good breath control even struggle learning how to swim.

Theres also this thing called said principles. Of course you are short of breath when doing running because you trained most of your life swimming. Common sense really.

  33. I love swimming and do have the I-can-do-it-forever thing, whereas with running I have to stop and catch my breath very quickly. But I am SO SLOW. I got people doing the breaststroke passing me one after the other. I have checked my technique, I guess I just need to focus on moving faster.

  34. Exhaled for 59 seconds. 71 years old

  35. Thank you for the quality of your videos. I love swimming and I find your tips and lessons very useful.

  36. I got 50 seconds out of the mouth and 20 seconds out of the nose. I wouldn’t exactly call myself the strongest swimmer (32 second 50m freestyle at 14), but my breathing has always been better than most people in my club. For reference the furthest I’ve swam in one breath, whilst fully submerged, is 50m.

  37. Thank you.
I really appreciate the clips of various swiming situations. It keeps things varied and interesting, and gives me lots of good tips on improving my form.

  38. This guy sounds like an Aaron!

  39. Great content as usual, breath control is indeed an essential part of swimming yet not taught in a way that it should be. It was always a self pick up skill of mangy young learner. Thank you to point it out with such convincing explanation! And there is somthing to share. I am practicing freestyle and backstroke together and doing LA practice which means long axis practice, combining these two strokes together at the moment, realizing that the synchronization of the feet and stroke in the period of transition from freestyle to backstroke or backward is really interesting but hard to explain. Would you be interested to make a video to uncover it?

  40. I'm a half decent swimmer css 1:47, 400m (PB 6:36 @1:40) and 100m (PB 1:30). However, breathing out of my nose on dryland is extremely hard I can only manage 5 sec, but out of my mouth I can easily do 45secs. I will test this when I'm in the pool, I think the resistance of the water helps to slow down my breathing. Also for reference I normally breathe every three strikes and exhale water out of nose/mouth at the same time and I still have Soem left before turning to breathe.
