How often should we do this workout? Everyday or every other day?
Hello! I’ve got a bit better over time following your exercises. Thank you! What I cannot do like you yet are the crunch & cross/twist crunch. My shoulders got off ground but that was it. My torso wouldn’t go. Any advice? My dolphin down kick is too big while up kick is too small & slow. What drill do you suggest? I don’t have good arch in my back yet. Not sure if that can be improved. Hamstring probably pretty tight due to desk job. I started swimming as an adult without prior swimming experience about 8 months ago. I passed the strength test indicated for butterfly in your video so I am hopeful. Thank you!
