How much time did it took?
I’m losing through rope jumping and diet. Its working. Losing is so simple yet people make it sound complicated. Just exercise, eliminate added sugars, and follow a clean diet of fruits, veges and lean protein. Keep going at it consistently then see results in 3-6 months. People lose motivation by the 2 month. Yikes.
