  1. I used to be a swimmer as an age grouper. Toying with the idea of coming back to be a 50m sprint freestyler for fun

  2. I'm trying to get back into swimming at 55 after a 30 year hiatus. I need a sport I can do for the rest of my life that will allow me to exercise without damaging my joints further. I know if I just swim back and forth aimlessly I won't stick at it. Workout design and progression is needed for me to stay motivated. I still have one of those lap counters with the little beads! Thanks for the videos!

  3. I swimmed in my childhood, very long ago, but now, I am a new beginner. My primary goal is to use swimming as an exercise helping my weightloss, but also I want to regain strength and endurance and possibly improve myself to the point of competing as a senior.

  9. I'm using my old TotalGym 1000 at low incline as a Vasa trainer.
    It's very effective with upper body Butterfly, Freestyle, and Backstroke.
    Weightlifting, boxing and mountain biking helps, too.
    Our anti-fitness governor will not reopen gyms or aquatic centers in 2020.

  10. I'm trying to get back in shape post-lockdown and hopefully improve my 200 freestyle time! MySwimPro has been a big help so far :)
