How do you get your butt over the water? Mine never seem to pop up
Can u please make a video like this for all strokes?
Whenever I'm having a bad day, I watch this. It calms me down
I suck at butterfly I’ve tried everything even swam two hours after practice just working on butterfly (I did sometimes break it down like taking the motions slow to get it in my mind but doing like your supposed to just hasn’t happened)
i never knew i could swim in 4k ultra hd. How is it like?
Sheed dy
This is SO-O-O beautiful. I hope to swim like this–I also do 3-4 dolphin kicks before breakout and 8-9 full strokes to the wall, but I've no idea what it looks like. He's so smooth, emphasizing forward motion over vertical, hands soft on recovery, . Really nice. Well worth watching multiple X, hoping that neurons can adopt. Thanks Skills NT!
can u tell me how to get in a pool by backflip style with detail
I wish you were my Coach. When kicking (dolphin) my hip and my buttocks goes up and down without going forward. I don't get the pressure into the water and i don't know why. Can anybody help me ? By the way i apologize for my bad English because it's along time ago i really have spoken/written English. Only the best for you! Greetings from Germany
Hey guys pls make a video specifically on backstroke starts
A few questions regarding swimming the butterfly stroke:
1/ Is one kick exerted more strongly than the other one? (ie. Do we kick stronger when we lift off out of the water surface than when our hands enter the water again? )
2/ Where exactly should we look at when we lift our head up to breathe?
3/ When the hands enter the water, should they diagonally stab the surface or the whole palms efficiently slip into the water?
4/ Is it natural to feel really painful at the shoulder/neck part when doing this stroke compared to the other ones? (It's possibly because of my bad technique for this stroke though haha)
Awesome as always. But I guess you can improve the quality of such instruction video by recording the front view and top view as well (lateral view is good but sometimes a front view can solve the problem). Can't wait to see your next videos. Thank you!
I know there is no "swimming easy butterfly", but I try to swim as smooth as I could to show that you don't have to waste a lot of energy to swim it.
