  1. What is the last aaron's mistake(at the end of the movie)? I haven't got it.

  2. Your videos are so well explained, you have been a tremendous help with my adoption of arrow freestyle. My average speed is gradually increasing and strokes per length decreasing. Thank you.

  8. Thank you!Wonderful videos.

    Where can I watch all the videos in their order?

  9. A-aron has come so far. Keep it up!

  10. I tried this slow croll (that I love) and I'm having the time of my life! In 10 days I passed from a 89 SWOLF to a 63!!! It's still very high, but I'm recovering from a bad broken leg (The reason why I start swimming).
    I have to thanks *Aaron, from all the graphic help. You are doing a great job. I don't want to compete, but it's nice not being the slowest in the pool!!!!

  11. swim fast! But first; swim relaxed!

  12. Best video ever, I was looking for that style for a long time, thanks.

  13. And you still cant teach swimming properly with all of your pyrotechnicnal imagery; why because you have not addressed buoyancy properly; specifically what is known as your centre of gravity; you have not addressed nor do you know where they must centre their body weight; this is my gift to you; i too am a coach and will be putting my program soon; im busy with other things right now;

    Your videos keeps popping up on my feed so that i felt i needed to comment; even these instructions on hand exit and entry point; your touching on the wrong mechanics; why do i say this?

    Because Ian Thorpe was a game changer to all swimming not just long distance; his technique and what i call 『kicking into the stroke』 rather then 『stroking with the kick』 changed the dynamics of understanding body buoyancy and the combined elements;

    With all your graphics you still miss the underlying element of swimming properly whence you understand the Ian Thorpe methodology; not so much his but the fact that he showed its efficacy; you may get where im at; yeh your helping a lot of people and making money on 3/4 knowledge; not all the facts! thats just my two cents; thank you

  14. Should be ON TOP of the water, better to aquaplane, less effort.This way the head only turns to breathe.,

  15. Fingers are above wrist, wrist is above elbow, elbow above shoulder……if you are going to teach everyone 「perfect technique」 at least show decent technique!

  16. Nothing can be seen only the written letters

  17. My coach recommended this video to me. Other videos also helped me a lot. And Thanks for the Korean translation :)

  18. I swear I learned more from your videos, than from my coaches over last year.

  19. I』d love a video comparing the physical specs of top swimmers eg height, limb lengths, foot size, hand size etc. It would be interesting how much this helps with speed.

  20. Don't know when your videos have turned out to be my rank #1 most favourite swimming coaching contents.
