    400m easy (front crawl/backstroke)
    16 x 50m drills,
    5-10secs rest
    4-8 x 100m front crawl as: 15m sprint/85m easy
    15secs rest
    Main Set
    3 x [8 x 50m (off 1min, 1:10, 1:20)]
    Increase speed on each length
    Cool-Down
    3 x 200m front crawl with pull buoy
    200m easy freesyle/backstroke

  2. My favorite work out is 3 rounds 8×100 mixed freestyle-stroke under 1:25 work and rest

  3. What's up, I hope you're doing well.. After mastering the dolphin kick with 200m, I'd do next 2 days after a 600m warm-up a small set of FL and FR Drills and Kick/ and off to the main set of 8 X 50m FL Dec 1-8 @1:20/1:15/1:10/1:05/1:00/55/50 then a 50m positive recovery then 6 X 100m FR steady @ 1:45. And I end with a second set of at least 6 X 50m FR Tempo. >> 200m Warm-down

  5. I don』t like it but it』s always nice to see how I had improved.
    300 m warm up
    3x( 3x200m lactate Threshold ~20sec pause
    100 recovery)
    400 pullbuoy
    Cool down.

  6. I don't like any works )) but the least dislike: Warm Up – 4x(200 Crawl+200 IM), Work – 20×100 with buoy and finger paddles, Cool dawn – 500 with big paddles

  8. I have a different Garmin watch, it is about 3 yrs old, I love it. Picks up my strokes also works for other activities.

  9. I don』t have a watch for the my swim pro app but I really want one. My favorite swim workout is 2×200 4×100 8×50 breastroke kick, I have been subbed and liked

  11. 5x(10×100 Fr on 1:25, 10×50 Fly on 60). The 100s with a descending target time relative to PB.

  12. I keep it simple and swim one mile and begin my workout.
