I』m losing through rope jumping and diet. Its working. Losing is so simple yet people make it sound complicated. Just exercise, eliminate added sugars, and follow a clean diet of fruits, veges and lean protein. Keep going at it consistently then see results in 3-6 months. People lose motivation by the 2 month. Yikes.
