  4. Thanks very much for these video's. I miss my swimming so much and am trying to do 1 hour of Yoga and Pilates every day, focussing on different body parts to make them stronger, but I'm not quite getting that 'high' (endorphin release) that I get from swimming. These work outs get my heart rate up and though I curse at you most of the time, I really enjoy them. Thanks again! No pool, no excuses!! Big shout out from a Dutch-girl in the UK!

    Exercise request: Don't know what it's called, but it's the dryland version of the breast stroke kick. On all fours and swing one leg in a circle.
