Hi, I have two questions, the first relates to a previous video of yours where you outlined a swimming program which i am following and enjoying. i wanted to know why it was better to follow a program in the way that you have presented and structured? Before i would swim 60 laps straight, rest then 20 more. then rest and finish off with 20. I feel that after following your program i feel stronger and that is after about a week. Second question was, that i have started swimming in a fasted state this week, i stop eating at 9 or 1pm at night and break my fast 16 hours later. I swim at 5h30 in the morning for an hour 3 times a week. I have read some about swimming and fasting and wanted to know what your opinion was in the way i am doing it. I have been doing fine this week. I just want to be stronger and get the most benefit and gains. Thanks again for the great videos.

  4. For as muslims it's better to abstain from swimming during Ramadan, unless after breaking fast, but most of swimming pools are closed evenings:(

  5. As a muslim i thank you for this video knowing that im fasting half may and half june and i practically swim every day.
