How is this different from the Total Gym? Is it better made? offer more incline levels? Is it the same exact thing but with a VASA sticker slapped on it? Just curious.
It's always been really easy to use my Vasa Trainer and this video helped me see how important it is to keep my legs and feet stretched out longer. I can see how that helps condition the lower back and core muscles while I work on my swim strokes. Some people let their legs just dangle off the back, but that probably doesn't help. One guy I know puts on ankle weights when he does his Vasa and he claims it makes him stronger and he feels that strength transfer when swimming in the pool. Thanks Vasa Trainer!
