  9. Just realized that people with L5 hernia CANNOT do breaststroke right.
    We don't have lower back flexibility. Actually that position increases inflamationnon on the lower back. It can be dangerous. ☹ and I'm bored of free style.

  10. 1/ DO NOT raise up when stroking and then dive, STAY PRONE and just lift the head. Stroke UNDER the body, NOT wide.

  21. To swim with narrow knees is not wrong but it's not the only right way. With wide (not too wide) kicks u r doing as great as u do with the narrow kick. This narrow knee thing is a myth from I think 2009 where a swimmer (i think from Japan) swam with narrow knees. But if u take a look back at the Olympics u will see that there were swimmers swimming with wide knees.

Well, I watched most of the Olympics, and even though I don't swim the breast stroke, never could get that kick to work, what I found most interesting is the different stroke rates of the swimmers. Some would use a long strong stroke, and some uses a short quick stroke during their races. With freestyle, most swimmers use pretty similar stroke rates for their races. With the 100m and above, all do use a fast windmill type stroke to finish the last 10 or so meters. Breast stroke did this as well, but there were big differences with the race leading up to the finish. Comments???? Whole different video?
