  6. Swim pro strength is for me a way to feel relaxed while doing a fun workout. And because of this virus I haven』t been swimming lately on my swim team, so swim pro strength for me means to never give up and keep trying. And I will remember that when I get back in the pool. Ps.   9. I like your workout and do it was my daily workout. However, the tree pose during the cool down you said put your foot on your knee. But in yoga, it emphasizes not to put your foot on your knee. Therefore, I think that』s not correct when you say 「put your foot on your knee.」

  19. So the reason I swim is because I'm not allowed to jump, run or lunge with my knee injuries :/
