  1. Did you consider adding a jump when you roll on to your feet? Seems like might be even more specific dry land drills?

  2. I find it quite hard to roll with enough strength for me to do these as flawlessly as you do. I have to boost myself with my hands to get into the push-up position from the roll. Something to work towards. Great work mate! Your videos are super helpful:)
