  1. I would love to find the programs on your website, but impossible. Can you explain me where it is ? In Freestyle #2 it's not the same ( in strokes & others ).

  3. I know this video is old, but what do I do when I only have a 50m pool? Its kinda hard to guess where the 25m are, so that I can for example change the pace there

  13. Hi could someone please clarify what to do in the warm up? Im assuming swim is freestyle 50m. Kick im assuming just using your legs 50m. Front or back? And where do you put your arms by your side? Pull im not sure? Arms only maybe? Much appreciated looking forward to trying this out and the others.

  19. Tried the workout, particularly liked the second set. Kinda struggled there, but i feel i have improved my gliding technique and kicks. Hope to see more freestyle workouts !
