  1. I'm trying to go sub 21 in the 50 freestyle, but I've been stuck at 22 highs and 23s for a while this season. I've only been swimming since freshman year (am a junior now), but I feel like I need to be making much more rapid improvements to be able to swim in college. Any tips for increasing top end speed? I watched your video on how to drop 1 sec, very helpful. But I am not sure about overall faster speed above water

  2. I went to tryouts for my swim-team a few weeks ago, and was struck. Everyone was so much stronger and faster than me (despite being the same age), and I chickened out and left without even checking in. Worthless piece of garbage.
