  28. How can I strengthen my core muscles safely with spine injury? I swim because I cannot bend or do any dry spine challenging exercises but the more I swim the more I realize how much I need to do drills including dry exercises in engage all muscles and avoid joint injury.. any advice!! Feels a bit frustrated :(
