  1. My team practices 4 times a week, on Sunday we usually swim like 2500yd-3000yd +drylands, Monday 2500yd, Tuesday 2200yd-2500yd +drylands, Wednesday 2000yd-2500yd.

  4. I wonder how good a person would do if they already did 100 situps, 100 pushups, 100 squats and ran 10km for 100 days.
    Then see if they are primed and try the swim 1 mile every day for 100 days afterwards.

  10. SO cool! I swim 6 days a week for 2 hours a day. Tends to be about 6,000-8,000 a day

  11. I swim 4 days a week, about 3 miles per day, not positive since my watch doesn't track my kicking laps. It takes me maybe 1000 yards to get 'warmed up'. I take one day of rest per week. The other 2 days, I generally hike, and some times bike. Swimming was huge in helping me prepare for bilateral hip replacement and one knee replacement. Because I was swimming, and doing Tai Chi, I got through my rehab in half the time that most others did.

    I'm trying to learn the freestyle technique, and I can't do it.
    Whenever I turn my head to breath or try to move my hands, I sink( I panic and stop at this point.) Guys suggest something!

  22. About 10 years ago I did 『3km per day for 30 days』 to kick start my weight loss cos my weight had ballooned out. I had to use fins for the first week or so as I』d been out of the water for over 5 years, but it was the catalyst for dropping 15kg.
