  1. I am my own coach, and I train to improve myself. After starting to compete again in adult life I am swimming better than I have ever done before in my life. I feel myself improving, and only expect to do as best as I can. If I beat my own times I am super happy. If I don`t beat my own times, oh, well, then I need to work a little harder. But I have seen at least one time improving on each competition I have attended since I started swimming again. That should be a good sign, righ? Also; my coach is really strict! :P

I'm in a team and it's very hard so I used it as motivation so I know that I'm not the only one who is doing this hard stuff it's helped me a lot when I swim I tell my self that if this guy can do it so can I and it works fine I keep going even If I'm so tired I don't stop so thanks to this video I'm doing better
